Come help save the local horses!
American horses are still being sent to slaughter in Mexico and Canada. Help stop horses from being abused and neglected before they are shipped to slaughter.
Help end the abuse and neglect of our American horses. Make more people aware that this is a growing problem especially with our economy problems lately.
Make it so someone is accountable for their own animals..and make them get more than just a "slap on the wrist" if they abuse or neglect their horses (or any animal).
Please, if you know of a horse that is in need of a home..or that is in a "dire" situation, come post in the forum (or email me!). Come Unite and help the horses!A local rescue does an awesome job! ...SOS Equine Rescue is located in Kennewick, WA. They try to help find homes for the unwanted, neglected and abused horses. They work with a "feedlot" to find horses homes before they have to face that "dreadful" trip to Mexico..and end up at a slaughter plant!
